Apply now for the April 2022 EnerTracks Fellowship Programme

We are now accepting applications for our six week in-person Fellowship Programme in Berlin.

After a two-year break, we’re pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for our next EnerTracks Fellowship Programme in Berlin. The programme is designed for early-career think tank and non-profit professionals from Official Development Aid (ODA) recipient countries. Eligible candidates should submit their applications by Monday, 3rd January 2022.

The application period for the next group of eight EnerTracks Fellows is now open and applications will be accepted until Monday, 3rd January 2022. The fellowship will take place at Agora Energiewende in Berlin from 25th April 2022 - 4th June 2022 and is aimed at energy professionals from low and middle-income countries who are working in think tanks, non-profits, civil society organisations, or academia.

During their six-week stay in Berlin, the fellows continue working part-time for their home institution while participating in training sessions prepared and facilitated by Agora Energiewende energy experts. These multi-disciplinary sessions cover a variety of topics such as energy markets, power system flexibility, and research methodologies. These sessions are complemented by group discussions as well as supplemental online and reading material.

With the support of their Agora Energiewende mentors, the fellows tackle one specific transformation topic of their choice. The topic should be relevant from the perspective of the fellow’s own organisation, with the intention of transferring the learnings into their domestic work.

For more information about the programme, including application instructions, eligibility criteria and COVID19-related restrictions, please consult the call for applicationson our website.
