This tool calculates the costs of imported synthetic fuels along the
value chain until 2050. The study places a particular focus on the costs
associated with importing synthetic methane and synthetic liquid fuels.
For the purpose of comparison, it also estimates the costs associated
with producing these fuels using offshore wind turbines in the North and
Baltic Seas. The user can adjust the underlying assumptions to test the
impact on the results.
