Norway’s mass market for EVs is a result of government incentive schemes targeting vehicles, fuels and road use, as well as heavy public investments in charging stations. The availability of charging stations, tax rebates on electric cars to close the price gap with combustion engine cars and behavioral incentives have made today’s EVs mass-market.
