These was highlighted during the event in the context of carbon asset management and the prospects of carbon markets in Europe and China, as well as exchange on carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM).
The hybrid event was co-organized by Agora Energiewende, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), and Energy Investment Professional Committee of the Investment Association of China (IAC) took pace on November 9, 2022, and was a side event of the 5th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai during November 5-10, 2022.
Prominent speakers from the full spectrum of the carbon pricing policy community engaged in the interactive Europe-China dialogue on a pressing energy issue and shed light on prospects of carbon markets in Europe, China and beyond.
