Yu-Chi Chang works as a student assistant in the International Energy Data and Modelling Hub of Agora Energiewende. At the same time, he is a master’s student at TU Berlin, focusing on the design and development of renewable energy systems.
Before joining Agora and also prior to moving to Germany, Yu-Chi served as a technical project lead in energy and petrochemical industry for three and a half years. He gained technical expertise in energy engineering by working on global EPC projects in the fields of CSP, cogeneration, LNG and CCGT power plants. During this time, he also gained international exposure by working on various multicultural teams.
Yu-Chi holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University. The main focus of his bachelor includes energy conversion systems and engineering.
