Sandy Rosenhauer started as HR Manager at Agora Energiewende in June 2021 and is responsible for the support of selected teams in personnel matters.
She gained professional experience as HR Generalist at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) in Berlin, a pan-European think tank, where she was responsible for the HR management of staff at its European offices. She worked for several years as an International HR Officer at the German Red Cross, responsible for recruitment, HR development and HR management.
Sandy studied psychology with a focus on work and organisational psychology.
