Martha-Elena Schloenvoigt works as Project Officer in the EnerTracks program. Before joining Agora in May 2022, she worked for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as part of the IKI project "Support Project for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement", where she supported policy dialogue platforms and capacity development activities at global and regional (Latin America, lusophone countries, Asia) level. Prior to that, she worked for the climate-friendly coffee brand Don Roberta Coffee, where she was involved in the launch of the specialty coffee from Costa Rica. She has also worked for several years in the field of capacity development and training formats for adult education in cooperation with various international organizations.
Martha-Elena Schloenvoigt holds a Master's degree in International Relations and is a trained Trainer for Innovation and Active Learning as well as certified as an International Coach (International Coaching Community).
