Marianna  Morra-Skryabina

Marianna Morra-Skryabina is the International Outreach Project Manager at the International Program of Agora Energiewende, focusing on cooperation with China.

Prior to joining Agora in July 2021, she also worked on China-related international energy cooperation projects, including cross-border power and gas supply projects from Russia to China and East Asia. In 2015-2020, she served as an Energy Analyst at the Gazprom Representative office in Beijing.

Marianna holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations with a specialization in East Asia and Chinese language from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 2013, she obtained a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore with a Specialization in Environmental and Social Policy.
