Lidia Wojtal

Lidia Wojtal leads on the cooperation and development of the International Network of Energy Transition Think Tanks (INETTT).

Before joining Agora, Lidia worked for 14 years as a Polish diplomat and expert focusing on European and global climate and energy policy, including emissions trading. With extensive experience in multilateral diplomacy, she successfully chaired a part of the UN climate negotiations (SBSTA) in 2015 – the year of the adoption of the Paris Agreement. She then continued her engagement in various positions and capacities, including working as a consultant and journalist. 

Lidia holds a Master degrees in English and Law, speaks Polish (mother tongue), fluent English, as well as some German and Japanese.
