Elzbieta Torczynska
HR Officer
Elzbieta Torczynska joined Agora Think Tanks (Agora Energiewende, Agora Industry and Agora Agriculture) in March 2022 as HR Officer in the personnel department.
From 2020 to 2022 she has also worked as HR Officer at BASF Services Europe GmbH in the field of Global Mobility. Her responsibilities included the administrative handling of international assignments, working on HR projects and the digitalisation of processes. In 2020, she was responsible for recruiting and hiring employees as a personnel planner at BADER KARA. Elzbieta started her career in HR as an international HR Manager at SOEX Processing Germany GmbH. She previously studied German language and literature as well as HR management in Poznan and Bamberg.
