Joanna  Mackowiak Pandera

    Joanna Mackowiak Pandera PhD has worked at Agora Energiewende since December 2013. Earlier she was director of the market development department at Danish DONG Energy in Warsaw. From 2007 to 2011 she worked at the Polish Ministry of Environment as deputy minister in charge of the Polish presidency in the EU and head of cabinet (Prof. Maciej Nowicki).

    In the past, she had various experiences with regard to international cooperation in energy and environment policies and practices sharing in particular between Germany and Poland. Joanna was doing research for her PhD at the Potsdam University and the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan on methodological approaches and knowledge transfer in environmental impact assessments.
