Anna Kraus joined Agora Energiewende in October 2022 as a Project Officer for Buildings and Heat Grids.

Before joining Agora, she completed her Master's degree in Environmental Management and Policy at Lund University, Sweden. In her master's thesis, she investigated the gas phase-out within the heat transition of the German building sector. She gained further practical experience during a consultancy project on the decarbonisation of buildings in the UK.

Anna Kraus completed internships at ifeu - Institute for Energy and Environmental Research with a focus on buildings and energy efficiency of products, and at Climate Action Network Europe in the field of climate policy and networking. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration that included studies abroad in Peru and Sweden.
