We represent our clients in proceedings before civil and administrative courts, in arbitration matters, in proceedings before regulatory and antitrust authorities, and in approval and planning procedures. We also advise on legislative matters by developing legislation proposals and expert opinions regarding the design of the legal framework for the energy sector.
