IN4climate.NRW is the central platform for implementing a climate neutral industrial sector in North Rhine-Westphalia. Here, experts from the worlds of industry, science and politics are working together to develop innovative strategies and solutions aimed at creating climate neutral industrial processes and products. To this end, the initiative highlights key research requirements and is involved in promoting technical projects for testing climate neutral production processes. The aim is both to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to support the targeted development of a climate neutral industrial sector that is viable for the future. This will help to improve the high level of competitiveness of NRW’s industrial sector and secure NRW’s position as a leading industrial location.
